Balancing confidentiality with valuable feedback and information is the key to making a Stakeholder conversation worthwhile for your client. Most importantly, maintaining rapport without compromising trust is essential.
Questions to Ask in a Meeting could be:
- How have you observed (Name) performance at work differently?
- What is a burning issue that you want to tackle? Is (Name) aware of it?
- Is there anything that you would like to brainstorm about?
- Is there anything specific that you want to see more or less of?
